Welcome to Essex Psychiatric and Recovery, P.C. We offer treatment for adults using medication management and/or psychotherapy for mental health and substance use disorders. We offer treatment for opioid addiction including use of buprenorphine (Suboxone) on an outpatient basis. We do not currently administer injections in our office such as with Vivitrol or long-term anti-psychotic medications, however such injections may be available through our coordination with a primary care provider. Psychotherapy typically utilizes elements of supportive, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and psychodynamic approaches.
