Insurance: 

Dr. Hall is currently not contracted as a network provider with any health insurance companies.  We are not currently accepting patients with Medicare or Medicaid health insurance coverage at this time.  If you have private insurance that is not Medicare or Medicaid sponsored, you may be able to obtain some reimbursement for services with out-of-network benefits, which you would be responsible for seeking by submission of a provided "superbill" record provided by our office.  If you intend to seek reimbursement for our services through private insurance, we encourage you to discuss this with your insurance company prior to any appointments to ensure complete understanding of your financial responsibilities.  Payment is due in full at the time of each visit for service, and refunds will not be provided for any reason once a service has been rendered.
